Daniel started homebrewing during his time at Western Carolina University where he studied Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology. He later took a position with the NC Dept. of Cultural Resources where he started an 18th century brewing program within state historic sites.
With a love of beer and brewing, and a background in industrial maintenance Daniel landed a position as a Multi-Craft Mechanic with Dogfish Head in Milton Delaware and later served as Maintenance Manager for Oskar Blues in Brevard NC.
Daniel has years of experience in a production brewery setting that has supplied him with a vast knowledge of brewing, cellaring, packaging, and support equipment.
Zack brings 10+ years of maintenance and reliability knowledge to Trinity Beverage Solutions. He started his beverage career in 2013 and has grown his skills in beverage manufacturing of specialty filled beverages including teas, energy drinks, juice-based products, distilled spirits and malt beverages.
As preventative maintenance manager, he has extensive experience with high-speed bottle and can production lines. With a love of beer, his goal as Director of Reliability is to assist breweries achieve their production goals through preventative maintenance best practices.
When Zack is not turning wrenches, he enjoys spending time with his family outside. Checking out new breweries, camping, hiking and biking are some of the outdoor activities he and his family love most. A North Carolina native he spends time fishing and exploring all the state has to offer. If he had to pick the beach or the mountains, he will pick the mountains every time.
